Security Deposit/Downpayment
For bookings for stays made over 3 months away, a $390 security deposit/downpayment is due within 7
days of booking our home, once availability has been confirmed. Balance will be due 3 months prior to
arrival. Damage Deposit is due 1 month prior to arrival.
For bookings for stays made 2-3 months away, 50% of full balance is due within 7 days of booking our
home, once availability has been confirmed. Balance is due 2 months prior to arrival. Damage Deposit is
due 1 month prior to arrival.
For bookings for stays made less than 2 months away, full payment is expected within 7 days of booking
our home, once availability has been confirmed. Damage Deposit is due 1 month prior to arrival.
Refundable Damage Deposit
A $300 refundable damage deposit is due 1 month prior to arrival regardless of length of stay. This is
typically refunded on either the 1st or 15th of the month. If you depart on the 1st or the 15th, you will
receive your refund at the following date.
