I use Yahoo to host this site. They provided a program to help build the site you have been using, and their prices are wonderful. I couldn't be happier.

What Yahoo didn't provide, Absolute Background Texture Archive did. This site really make designing websites fun. So much you can use for your site with many custom feature. The site is totally free. I did send them money, just because I used it so much. The only down side, is a great number of Pop-Up add are generated in this site. So let you be warned. It's still a great site.
