travel accommodations.

  • Home exchange is literally swapping homes with another family.
  • Family hosting is where you will be the house guest of another family.
  • I personally check all county records to insure the family and home listed is as stated.
  • This service is for home educated families or related to home educated families.
  • There is always an adventure regardless of location.
  • The cost is $30/year per membership (6 Months FREE), families may require a security deposit OR get
    the Ultimate Membership. The Ultimate Membership is a ONE TIME Fee that doesn't expire.
  • Exchange or hosting can save hundreds, even thousands of dollars per trip.
  • Military families welcome, please contact me directly prior to applying.
  • Clean as you would for any house guest, no need to clean out closets.
  • Many experienced traders will have a "owner's lockout" This is a locked closet with items that can't be
    replaced or personal items you would rather not have out.
  • It's always a good idea to have a contract, just so both parties involved know what is expected.
  • Most homeowners insurance will cover anything that happens and some insurance companies prefer
    you to exchange rather than leave the home vacant. Check with your provider to specifics.
  • No personal information is displayed on the website. Personal information is only given to the family that
    you have contacted.
