Home Details

First, we would like to welcome you to our home. We really love sharing our home with guests
from all over the world. We take great pride in trying to provide you everything that you need for
a delightful stay.

Please keep in mind this is a family owned home. We have three children and know how
wonderful it is when we have “extra” items available to us for our use. We provide many of these
“extras” as a courtesy to you and your family. So please take a few minutes prior to departure to
ensure that everything you enjoyed in the home is available for the next guest or our family.

Special Notes:
  1. Home’s Phone Number and address will be given out only after final payment has   been
    received.
  2. Trash Pick-Up Wednesday and Saturdays.
  3. Pool Care Typically Thursdays Mornings (This is subject to change without notice.)
  4. Lawn Care Typically Wednesdays (This is subject to change without notice.)
  5. There are alarms on all windows and doors that open onto the pool area. These are for
    the safety of young children. Do not turn them off.
  6. There are outlet covers on exposed outlets. Replace any cover that you or anyone in
    your party may have removed.
  7. Owners Manuals for all electronics and appliances can be found on the top shelf of the
    cabinet to the right of the microwave.
  8. Do not re-arrange the electronics in the house. You will be charged by the management
    company a replacement fee and/or a hook up fee to reconnect the electronics in the
    proper order. Many have to be hooked up in a certain order to insure proper use.
  9. Do not remove any linens from the home. We want to ensure they are available to the
    next guest or our family.
