Q. What are the advantages of renting a Vacation Home in Orlando instead of a Hotel room ?
A. Don't make a deal with Cinderella's Step Mother. Our rental homes are larger, more economical,
much more comfortable than a hotel room. Parking is only feet from the front door, the pool is
always open, separate bedrooms for the kids, plenty of bathrooms to get ready in the morning and
the ability to cook your own meals. Sometimes Toys, DVDs, games are all included for your
enjoyment. Take a nap on the couch or relax by the pool. Enjoy your vacation home.
Q. Is this a timeshare or are there any "strings"?
A. All the homes are individually owned, most by families that use them for their holidays, vacations
and other special events; therefore, there is no other obligation.
Q. Is there public transportation near the homes?
A. There is no public transportation near by, but taxi cabs are available. It is recommended that you
rent a car.
Q. Can I smoke?
A. Please check with your home owner to verify.
Q. Do the homes have linens and blankets?
A. Yes, our home is complete furnished.
Q. Do the homes have laundry facilities?
A. All homes come standard with washer and dryer.
Q. Are pets allowed?
A. Please check with your home owner to verify.
Q. How far is the home from Walt Disney World?
A. It will take between 5-10 minutes from any home to the Walt Disney World Property Entrance.
There are three main entrances. Once on Disney Property, you will be able to reach any of the 4 Main
Parks, 2 Water Parks and Downtown Disney.
Q. How many people are allowed in a home.
A. This is dictated by Florida Law... Refer to the homeowner for exact bedding availability.
3 Bedroom... 8 guests (including infants)
4 Bedroom... 10 guests (including infants)
5 Bedroom... 12 guests (including infants)
6 Bedroom... 14 guests (including infants)

A. Pool heat is available through the homeowner. Please verify with them for pricing.
Q. Is there air conditioning and/or heating?
A. All homes have both air conditioning and heating available.

A. There is shopping, groceries, restaurants, banks, fueling stations and more just minutes from the
homes.
