Q. What are the advantages of renting a Vacation
Home/ Villa in Orlando instead of a Hotel room ?

A. Don't get eaten by the sharks. Our rental home/villa is larger, more
economical, much more comfortable than a hotel room. Parking is only feet
from the front door, the pool is always open, separate bedrooms for the kids,
plenty of bathrooms to get ready in the morning and the ability to cook your own meals. Toys, DVDs,
games are all included for your enjoyment. Take a nap on the couch or relax by the pool. Enjoy your
vacation home.

Q. What time is Check-In and Check-Out?

A. Check-In is 4 P.M. local time. This ensures the villa is professionally cleaned by your arrival.
Check-Out is 10:30A.M. local time. Unless other arrangements are made, these times are enforced
because the cleaning crew needs time to prepare for your arrival.

Q. Is there public transportation near the villa?

A. There is the Lynx Bus Stop located at the Walmart, just 1/2 mile from our subdivision. It is
recommended that you rent a car. We personally use www.Thrifty.com, sign up for their Blue Chip
Membership and receive 10% off.

Q. When do I need to have pool heat?

A. Typically, we suggest pool heat for stays during the months of October through April. The pool is
typically about 10 degrees below outside temperature.

Q. What size coffee pot is available?

A. It's a standard 8 cup machine.

Q. Do you supply linens and blankets?

A. Yes, our home is complete furnished including blankets, sheets and towels.

Q. Do you have laundry facilities?

A. Yes we do. It's a Super Capacity Plus.

Q. Are pets allowed?

A. We do not allow any pets or animal in the home/villa.
