This is a family owned and locally managed (in our subdivision close) home. We have many relatives
and family in the area and just love spending time here. The local management company keeps our
house in splendid condition, mowing the lawn, care for the pool, cleaning the home upon departure plus
there 24/7 should you need any assistance.

Our subdivision is approximately 1 mile (1.6km) north Hwy 192 on Highway 27. The home is 6.5 miles
(12.5km) to the nearest entrance of Walt Disney World off Hwy 429. It is just passed busy Kissimmee
and gives you a chance to really relax after a busy day.

Our home is close to Walt Disney World and all other major Orlando attractions. There are many superb
golf courses to choose from too. Although it is close to the excitement and attractions, our rental home is
in a quiet, well kept community. There is a large park area near by where the children can play for hours,
running, hiding or having a picnic. Walk to Randy's Steak and Seafood (located across the entrance from
the subdivision) for a nice dinner and gentle stroll back along the sidewalks.

At the entrance to community you will find for your convenience a shopping plaza which includes a
supermarket, pharmacy, dry cleaners, pizza delivery, post office, gas station and a bank. Just one mile
down Hwy 27, there is a new 24 hour Walmart Super Center available for any other needs or tourist items.

Our home comfortably accommodates 10 adults +1 infant/toddler.

Upon entering the home you will instantly feel welcomed and refreshed.
The home's tropical themed décor will lift your spirits after a busy day enjoying Orlando.

This home is owned by our family and we have made sure it has all the needs for pleasure or business.
There are toys, Large Screen TV, Nintendo Game Cube with games, DVD players with DVDs, well
appointed kitchen for the cook, cookbooks, ceiling fans, a book exchange, life jackets, board games, a
cooler and of course the high speed internet.

We also have available, at no additional charge, a crib, a high chair, a booster seat, a stroller and other
infant needs.

We wanted to ensure the privacy and safety of our family and yours. We took the time to have the backyard
completely fenced, the pool has a full screen enclosure and there are alarms on all windows and doors
that have access to the pool.

There is a laundry area with a washer and dryer, two car attached garage and all linens are provided.
